Request an Invitation Letter for Visa Application

  • Only authors listed on an accepted paper may request invitation letters.
  • Download and complete the request form.

  • Request your invitation letter (please provide Word file) for visa application by E-mail: secretary@tsem.org.tw
  • Because of the number of visa applications and the need for thorough security reviews, the visa application process may take some time.
  • Please allow a week to process invitation letter requests. Once your invitation letter is ready, you will receive an email with the PDF copy of your letter to review.
  • Please carefully check your letter to verify that it is accurate, and send any needed changes to e-mail: secretary@tsem.org.tw
